Step 1

I meet with the client to discuss their ideas and evaluate their space for a mural.  It is extremely helpful if the client has photographs, room measurements, color samples, or fabric samples to demonstrate their style or idea.  If the client does not have any particular theme then we will look through some potential ideas for their home/office.  I will also need a budget range before I begin designing.

Step 2

I make some initial sketches and we meet again.  I will make any necessary changes to the sketches before I begin the painting process. 

Step 3

I must have a clean surface (preferrably primed)  before I begin.  All pictures and holes must be patched ( I will spackle for an additional cost).   At this point one half of the final price is due. 

Step 4

Pricing

* The Initial Consultation with the client is free of charge. 

* A $25.00 non-refundable fee is required for each sketch which will be provided to you via e-mail. Upon contract agreement, 50% of the total preliminary sketch fee will be deducted from the cost of the mural.

* If a sketch must be reworked because the client is indecisive, there will be an extra charge for additional sketches. 

* All art commissions are priced individually, but the following can help the client estimate the cost:

Variables that are considered in the estimate are the degree of shading, degree of detail, strict adherence to a photograph/picture, the amount of research needed for the project,  the working conditions, time available to work and driving distance.

The following table is ONLY an estimate:

All work is 100% guaranteed. One half of the final price is due before painting begins. Once the project is completed and both parties are satisfied, the remaining amount is due.
