There's something about creative environments and creating that takes your mind off everything else around you and allows you to focus on just 'doing'. Creating makes you feel productive and purposeful. In the midst of everything else, it's a very needed refresher.
In memory of my older sister, Chez Chapman, I've annually offered survivors the opportunity to a FREE creative session. This year will be no exception.
